Our approach
At Dawo Group, every project is managed from start to finish, from buying the land to handing over the keys. This continuity lets us keep tight control over build quality, timelines and the budget announced to our clients.
We develop both new-build projects and renovations, respecting existing buildings where their heritage deserves it. Every project is designed with the neighbourhood, the needs of future residents and current energy standards in mind.
Rooted in Brussels
Our projects are spread across several Brussels municipalities: Anderlecht, Schaerbeek, Laeken, Evere, Molenbeek and Haren. This close knowledge of the city helps us spot the right opportunities and offer homes suited to each neighbourhood, from studios and family flats to houses.
Among our recent projects, Palais, on Rue des Palais in Schaerbeek, shows our approach: 29 homes and 3 offices, from studios to three-bedroom flats, with customisable finishes and particular attention to energy performance (EPC A or B, balanced mechanical ventilation).
Our commitment to our clients
Buying a home off-plan is a big commitment. That is why we support every buyer at each stage: reservation, sale agreement at the notary’s, choice of finishes in the showroom, through to the handover of the property. Our new-build projects fall under the Breyne Act, which protects buyers purchasing off-plan, guarantees staged payments according to the actual progress of the works, and requires a ten-year guarantee covering the stability and watertightness of the building.

Remaining a family business after more than 20 years is a deliberate choice. It allows us to make decisions quickly, keep a direct relationship with our clients and partners (architects, contractors, suppliers), and commit for the long term rather than to short-term goals.
This philosophy shows in the diversity of our portfolio: from small schemes of a few homes to larger projects of several dozen flats, always with the same high standards for build quality and site supervision.
